Well I decied to go ahead and change my prices for commission. I'm going to go ahead and start out small and see where it takes me You can either send me a note or comment me in this journal using the forum at the bottom.

This is a contract and prices of my commissioned work. All commission is for personal use only. If you want exclusive rights to the commissioned work please contact me.

Rights
By contacting me for commission, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to all the terms stated on this page.

Again all commission are for PERSONAL USE only. This is a non-exclusive right to your commission. The image can be used for forum signatures, icons, personal computer wallpapers, website images, stickers for personal use, a personal t-shirt, etc.

The commission CANNOT be sold in any kind of way no matter the situation. It cannot be sold as a forum signature, icon(s), wallpapers, paper print/poster, paper publications such as books/newspapers/magazines/newsletters, tattoos, stickers, t-shirts, any other print form, and all sorts of other items.

You cannot make money of any kind from my image without my permission or without buying the exclusive rights from me. If you want exclusive rights please contact me for details on the pricing.


I always keep the right to post all images for my portfolio or website.

Process
Please note/comment me using the form at the bottom of the page. This is how I know you've read everything in this guide and serves that you agree to all the terms listed. Please give as much information and references as you can in the e-mail/note, the more the better.

After I receive your e-mail/note, I should contact you within the next day or two with the price and additional questions I may have.

Half the payment is up front. Then I will start working on sending you a draft as soon as possible. If you have any changes now is the best time to let me know while I am in the draft stage.

If you approve of the draft, I will then send you a small resolution of the completed version. If the color of the drawing is wrong then I will change it free of charge. Any other changes will have and additional cost.

Once the final half payment is due I will send you a full resolution of the artwork. I can also send you smaller sizes for use in forum signatures, website icon or other applications.

You are open to contact me weekly if I am taking longer than a week and I will contact you back o my status of your work.

You may receive a full refund if I'm unable to complete the work (without whatever I have completed) If you want to keep the sketch then you are entitled to a partial refund it will be based on how much of the work I have completed.

Time frame
Depending on what you commission and how many things are commission I should take within 1-3 week sometimes its only days but this is just to give you a general idea. If it does take me longer than that I will make sure to contact you.
